Tim Herrick,

I joined MDLR in 2023 as a Senior Technician and have been involved in delivering projects from Stage 4 onwards. My experience spans a wide range of schemes for both small and large practices in London, as well as in New Zealand and Spain. Although my background is predominantly in residential work, I have also contributed to several commercial projects and gained experience across all phases of the design and construction process.

I have a strong interest in the housing sector, and from the outset I was drawn to the type of projects MDLR undertakes – it felt like a natural continuation of my experience and aspirations. I enjoy the collaborative nature of a smaller studio, where you have broader project exposure and the chance to work closely with every member of the team. My goal is to continue developing my skills and technical knowledge to help deliver high-quality outcomes, while contributing to – and benefiting from – the supportive, knowledge-sharing environment at MDLR.
