Broadway Apartments is a six storey new build development in West Ealing. The scheme consists of 17 new residential apartments, ground floor retail space, and a new neighbourhood fully landscaped pocket park at the rear.

The clever stepped massing of the proposals on this constrained corner site ensures that the neighbouring residential building has good access to daylight and sunlight. The scheme responds to the urban frontage on Broadway with the projecting shop front, while at the rear on Singapore Road, it is reflective of the surrounding residential development. Contrasting brick colours express the massing strategy and the red window frames add a punch of colour, taking their cue from the details of the nearby Locally Listed Half-Way House.

MDLR provided full architectural services including in house production of physical 3d printed models, and CGI images to accompany the planning submission and have been appointed for technical design and construction stages.
