Vernon House is a 64-studio apartment development located in a 6-storey, grade II listed building located in the heart of Primrose Hill in the London Borough of Camden. Originally a tired and outdated hostel accommodation it was redeveloped into high specification shared living apartments with communal areas and gardens.

Working closely with the client, design team, heritage advisers and the contractor, we designed and delivered a scheme that retained and restored key period features, while facilitating modern and clean line style interventions. The project won the 2022 BID Interior Design Awards Central London category.

MDLR provided the full architectural services from initial feasibility, through to planning, technical design and delivery.

Project’s Interiors designed by Pascoe Interiors, won the 2022 BID Interior Design Awards Central London category.
