This project involved redevelopment of a small brownfield site in Wandsworth to create 8 new residential dwellings. The site potential was maximised through a detailed analysis and creative responses to key constraints and opportunities, including daylight & sunlight, overlooking and amenity.

The six flats at the front were conceived as an extension to existing residential terrace, with 2 mews style houses in the rear were proposed, with shared private landscaped gardens between them. Planning consent was secured at the first attempt. A 35% CO2 reduction over part L1A 2013 was be achieved through combination of a fabric first approach and low carbon technologies.
