Originally built as a Convent, Struan House is located in Southfields, Southwest London. We helped our client SAV group to develop a successful design to turn the existing  60 bedrooms into 84 modern co-living studios through internal re-modelling and series of extensions that made the best re-use of existing buildings on site. 

We were successful in securing multistage planning consents that allowed for an early start on site.  Thanks to this and collaborative teamwork with our client, other consultants and the contractor, the scheme was devised and delivered in under 2 years, from initial feasibility to completion on site. The scheme will be the first UK scheme by the US operator Common Living.
