Annesley House proposes the refurbishment, remodelling, and extension of what was originally a single family dwelling in South-west London.

The proposals involve removing the existing roof to create additional floor space, and construction of a new wing in place of a tired single storey annexe. The building steps from four to six storey height on the north providing fantastic views over Putney Heath.

The elevation design takes it’s cues from the surrounding context, specifically the brick detailing on the neighbouring Arts & Crafts style houses.

MDLR provided full architectural services including in house production of CGI images to accompany the planning pre-application submission.
